Graphic 45 T'was The Night Before Christmas with Trudi Harrison

Hello Sassy Friends!
It's Trudi here with you today and it's so lovely to be invited back to the Sassy blog.  It's hard to believe that we are now counting down to Christmas. So, this month I will be spreading a little festive cheer as I showcase the beautiful Graphic 45 'Twas The Night Before Christmas' collection which is now available in the Sassy Store HERE.
Today I am sharing a layout  dedicated to my very own 'Sugar Plums':

Start with the reverse side of the 'Long Winter's Nap' paper and add a little masked detail with a 12 x 12 Kaisercraft stencil and some  texture paste. Apply some colour with Prima Color Bloom Spray Antique Gold and Dylusions  Fresh Lime.  Note the texture paste I have used was already coloured 'Iron Gold'. If you don't have this, try colouring white texture paste or substitute with plain white texture paste for a softer look.
Apply the masking first and allow to dry. Spray with the Antique Gold first and then the Fresh Lime.

Create a frame effect by removing the larger middle segment from the 'T'was The Night Before Christmas' paper. Affix around the outer edge.

Cut a strip that measures approximately 7 cm x 28 cm long from the reverse of the 'Happy Holly-Day' paper.
Cut out the larger circle element from the 'Twas The Night Before Christmas' paper and remove the graphic element by trimming around the inside edge of the circle to create a frame - Refer to picture. Do not discard the middle segment as you will be using the reverse side in the layering arrangement behind the photo.
From the 'Upon the Rooftops' cut out a 'Handle With Care tag element, trim around the Merry Christmas and hanging stocking elements.
From the 'Jolly Old Elf' paper - remove 3 clocks including 1 x larger, 1 x middle  and 1 x smaller size.
Ink paper edges with Redgum and Vintage inks.
Arrange elements using the following picture as a guide:
**Tip - Arrange all elements first before adhering**
To add a little dimension, attach the larger circle frame and some of the clock elements with foam tape.
Arrange flowers and adhere in place.
I also spritzed a couple of the Prima Lemia lighter blooms with Dylusions Fresh Lime Ink Spray.

Add some coordinating Graphic 45 T'was The Night Before Christmas' chipboard elements.

Thread some of the thinner ribbon from the Kaiser Turtle Dove Pack through the tag element and arrange for a loosely cascading effect.

Add a sprinkling of sparkle with few of the smaller gems from the Bo Bunny Double Dot Emerald Jewels.
Cut out 3 of the clocks around the outer edge of the 'Jolly Old Elf' paper and arrange around the outer edge - Refer to photo.
With a decorative border punch, create a thin decorative strip. Cut into 3 different sized pieces and arrange around the outer edge - Refer to photo.
